Five weightlifters finished strong and qualified to continue their season after competing at the Regional Weightlifting Meet in Live Oak on February 4, and are headed to the FHSAA State 1A Girls Weightlifting Final.  Anna Hand, Paige Tice, Christy Jones, Paige Stone (Regional Traditional Winner) and Braeden Smith (Regional Olympic and Traditional Winner) are headed to the State Meet which will be held this Saturday, February 18, in Lakeland, FL.  Our team appreciates the words of encouragement and donations as we head south to bring home some medals!
